RETURN PROCEDURE
The return procedures of the products you purchase through our website are regulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products that are produced upon the special requests of the consumer or that are personalized or have been modified. For example, products that have been written on or whose size has been personalized cannot be returned.
RETURN CONDITIONS
If you return your product without damaging it, without using it and within 14 days from the date of delivery, your return will be taken into consideration. We check our products meticulously before sending them and take care not to send faulty (defective) products. After the return process, the products are examined by our experts to check their suitability. If the return is approved, the product price will be refunded within 10 business days depending on the payment method. Payments made by credit card will be transferred back to your card; payments made by money transfer/EFT will be transferred back to your bank account.
Before making a return, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@kidsandtales.com.tr with your order number and return request. Your e-mail will be answered within 24 hours at the latest and your request will be approved. Products sent without communication will be sent back.
In return transactions, shipping and cash on delivery fees belong to the buyer. In returned products, payment will be made by deducting shipping and cash on delivery fees.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
After receiving your order, if there is no customer-caused damage on the product, you can make an exchange within 30 days by sending an e-mail to info@kidsandtales.com.tr. Shipping fees for the exchange belong to the buyer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you paid by credit card, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to info@kidsandtales.com.tr on the same day, until 16:30 Turkish time. If the payment will be made by money transfer and the payment has not been made yet, all you need to do to cancel the order is send an e-mail to info@kidsandtales.com.tr stating your member name and order number.
